[Resolved]  Sulekha.com — Did not get service and taken amount

Respected Sir Ma'am,

We have taken service from your last 29 Feb 2020 invoice number is [protected].

We have received a call from Archana and documents submitted to Vighnesh ([protected]) and orraly showed fake data of the clients. Before taking this service, I personally had asked Mr. Vighnesh that if am not getting the leads then will you refund my money? he had said that you definitely. I have not received any leads from few months. Now I want all money back on the same account which I have paid you.

I have sent email but did not get any reply as well. And Mr. vighnesh is not giving any team leards number as well to talk about this issue.

Respected sir please help to to get my hearden earn money back from this fraud company. They are just charging monethly fixed amount and not giving any specified leads.

after calling more than 50 times to every branch of Pune and Chennai and more than 15 to 20 emails to the company and raising the complaints through the application as well. Additional mental tress and tension are bounce. It is solved after a long struggle. I sent emails to Mr. Satya and other higher authorities At last, got a refund... Thank you

I had conversartion with Mr. Vighanesh from Pune, He was not allowing me to talk to his team leader. And was ready to give Managers number to talk but did not give.

Respected Sir,

As per our telephonic conversation, I would like to ask you only three questions as mentioned below:
1) Can my balance will get over only on paying monthly charges? If yes, then
2) What type of profit will I be able to get it?
3) I would strongly feel that in this situation I should get a REFUND after the curtain diductions from your company. March 1st to 5th Oct.2020 only got three leads and two scraped.

I have not yet received any updates regarding my refund and no email from Mr. Harshal and Archana ma'am. In this situation What should I understand that you are paying me back or not? Or my money will go west in just paying monthly charges only I will keep writing emails to you.

Sulekha.com Complaint Status Update [ID: 2726045]

I have been following up but not getting any updates from sulekh.com they have taken money in the name of giving leads and last almost seven moths they have given only three lead. Before I take this service I have asked more than ten to fifteen time regarding the area which I have taken. Their executive was told me that there are many leads then how come last seven months only three leads I got it.

I had mentioned this point to Archana Ma'am and I clearly mentioned that I want a refund because you are not eligible to give leads in the selected areas.

But you have been taking monthly charges without giving any leads and my balance will get over just paying their charges. Then What is the use of taking this service?

I have been asking for a refund but nobody is ready to reply to my email. They should not have told me that this fake data and asked me to take this service.

I had a conversation with Archana ma'am from Pune. I asked her regarding the updates about my issue. She said that " You will get a call from the Chennai office then only your issue will get resolved" She also did not get any reply from the head office for her email nighter I received any reply to my email as well.
Looks like Chennai office is also not interested to refund my money because they also know that this is called cheating had taken place here with us (while providing the services). Sulekha.com is just earning from taking monthly money from the clients without providing the leads. Sulekha.com is selling their services with fake data before buying the services but not able to give service at all in our selected area.

At last, I got a call from Chennai today and that executive had a talk with me regarding the issue. and He also agreed that Sulekha.com's executive (Vighnesh Chodari) from Pune has sold the service. He was aware that this service is not available in the area. which, I am asking still, he gave me fake data and commitments and sold this service.

After calling from Chennai that executive was also very surprised to see the data of my account and gave me three days assurance to solve this long pending issue.
