Sulekha — misguided and fake promises | |||
I am an makeup artist the sales person saraswati gave me promises like i will get leads from the next day of registration and one month passed till not got an single lead but monthly rental is getting detected without fail. Sales manager is just redirected to register complaints and support team said they will. Call back which never happened..in between one sales person called and asked me to upgrade to premium account so that i will get leads for 100%.. Which is again a fake promise. Service was ok. But the agency people are horrible... Cheaters. Not refunding balance amount. Trying to contact them, but no one lifts the call. It's been three months so planning to lodge complaint at police station.
