[Resolved] Sulekha.com — No leads after making the recharge | |||||
I have listed my business named "ino educational institute" on sulekha which was free. And after that did a recharge for getting the leads. But from the day i did the recharge the leads first decreased and then eventually stopped. The called their customer care 4 times but same reply that we are taking your complaint and soon the service will resume. It's been around 3 weeks not a single lead and they don't accept my request for returning back the money. Can i move to consumer forum for this? Was this information helpful? | |||||
