[Resolved]  Sulekha.com — regarding technician

We have intex lcd tv it has only audio problem. And no other problem ín the tv. We used to call the technician he came and we said the complaint. He opened and he does something and he is soldering in the mother board sometimes later fumes came and he said that transistor has burnt and we have to change it. He took the motherboard for three days and then we used to call him he said transistor is not available in this city. He will order and buy it from cochin. Then he said it is out of stock. We came to know that he doesnt knows anything we asked him to come and place the motherboard and make the tv first as it is. He said you wont able to watch the tv. He damaged our tv and he said no need of service charge and he escaped from here. So my request is that please dont allows the technicians who doesnt know anything. I had a very bad experience from sulekha
