The person provided by the agency doesn't know the work. After complaining with manager prema, till date, even after a gap of ten days they have not provided a suitable person. Paid rs.9000/- as service charge to the agency. Pl look into the matter and arrange to refund the amount immediately since they r unable to provide a suitable person for my 84 yes age old father.
