Sumedha fashion is a fraud company.. Worst dress he has sent me.. Color and design were not at all as per the product I ordered. It even had damaged. He blocked me everywhere when I asked him for refund. Advance payment done. What should I do? Where to complain? Please let me also know if anyone got a solution

I made 100% advance payment before delivery of the product.
The product i received was completely different, it was of cheap quality, pathetic, no where related to what i saw on their instagram page. I escalated the same immediately, but they said, return only possible in case or damaged or wrong product, and blocked my number.

Wrost lehnga ever i had received 1999rs i had paid by paytm sumedha fashoin such wrost online shopping i want my money back and they also cheap 7days return policy and now iam complain fir in police station regarding sumedha for cheating me please you guys can help me regarding such problem nobody cannot purchase such kind of online shopping
Worst company ever. I ordered a Saree from them, they told me it will be stitched, but it wasnt, and didnt send me proper saree. when i asked them, they blocked me from everywhere
blocked all my numbers. cant reach them.
