1. My setup box after recharge it's not working, called customer care they are forcing me to upgrade setup box, reason software upgrade- if you upgrade software why customer should take that pain and it's not free of cost we have to pay amount on it? What kind of justice is this and similar thing happened in dish tv they have upgraded with any charges what's special with sun direct ?
2. Customer care person speaks in such a way I never seen any cc with this worst languages / attitude. Openly they are challenging customer if you want services upgrade the setup box or else leave we don't have any other solution. And he says if you want file a case go and do we don't care. So I want how bad is your customer care?
3. I know it can working without software updates coz untill today it was working all of sudden it will not ask for upgrade. Was this information helpful? |
