[Resolved] Sun Direct — about refunding of money and poor service | |
My brother had mistakenly recharged to old cdsn no. which was changed a month before. We got to know about this after 2 days when they had cut our channel connection. So I called sun direct customer care and got very bad response. I asked them to transfer that money to my new cdsn no. which they told we can't do it. I atleast need the refund for it because I paid 1139 rs. Was this information helpful? | |
