[Resolved] Sun Direct — after recharge also they are not giving the channels

We are using sun direct. I recently recharged my sun direct with base plane on 6/1/20. But till now (12/1/20) they are not giving the channels. I called them they are saying that we are processing it. The customer service people are cutting the call in between the talk. And they are demanding to do recharge one day before the plane exist. To don't get this type of problem. And they are saying that we can't compliant any one on it. So you should take sever action on them.
