[Resolved]  Sun Direct — amount has been deducted but the recharge is not successful

I made a recharge for an amount of rupees 225 for the above mentioned account. The amount has been deducted, but the channels are not being displayed. Getting the same display to recharge.
The amount transaction has been made through sun direct site in quick recharge. Amount payment is done by giving debit card details. The amount deducted and the deduction transaction is seen under app.
As per the agent suggestion under menu-tools-factory default has been set, but also there is no change. The channels is not coming.
