[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Asking for Service Fee for technician to come and check the issue

I am using subdirectory connection for last 2 years with SMC No [protected]. I have recharged the Malayalam economic pack on 10.05.22 and even after 24 hours same was not activated. While checking in web it is showing valid till June 8th. I have already contacted the customer care and they have asked to pay Rs 175 to technician. I said it's not possible, because for a mistake from their end why I need to pay the fees?. So they said I need to inform technician that we are not ready to pay and they will come and do the needful, complaint was registered accordingly.
Today I got 4- 5 calls from sundirect and they are not ready to even check what was the issue, they are asking if they want to come we need to pay them. They are saying subdirectory is not paying for them for their travel expense to our place. Why we need to bother from where they are coming and did they get paid. If this is situation then they will be asking us salary from next year onwards...Very disappointed with the service and pathetic attitude . I am not going to use this connection anymore and I will never ever recommend this connection to anyone.

Please check into this matter and take a needful action
