This is Shivaprakasha from Bengaluru Karnataka.CDSN. No. [protected], 18th May 2022 complaint to the customer care about getting Erro E50/32 and said it is a free service. The given Complaint number was SR[protected] after Technician Venkatesh T visited the site and said the signal receiver (LMP) is not working and must replace. so is asking the money RS 250/ for that, misbehaved with us, and still, it has a warranty up to July 2022. Then I again complain to the customer care support on 19th May and he confirmed the warranty of the signal receiver. he said again within 24hrs it will resolve and they said the same when I complained. after the technician called me and did some drams like I am far from your site and I will reach evening etc., he didn't come till now. then again called customer care and explained the same. while talking with a customer care representative name Savitha, I get a message from sun direct " Your Sun direct complaint SR[protected] is resolved as ATTENDED BY DT to your satisfaction. For support call[protected]. I said to the customer care representative and she said we will help you to get resolve this faster.
every day calling to customer care but every day they are saying the same like it will get resolved within 24hrs. then I mailed to the [protected]@sundirect.in on20th May 2022 but till not yet received any response. Please I need your support and help me. Was this information helpful? |
