    1. Every now and then i get a stop service message. Called many times to fix this but no success yet. (Will you pay me back for the days i am not able to view; for this the response, i got from ms shameena floor supervisor is we can not give and we did whatever we can; nothing else we can do. You have to wait thats all.)
    2. Its very difficult to get connected with call center. And even if gets connected its being disconnected by the agents when they run out of answers and solutions.
    3. Looks like employees you have there dosen't carry any knowledge of issues and solutions apart from saying sorry.
    4. Never got any permanent solutions for my issues.

    I am still continuously facing the STOP SERVICE issue. Not able to understand what service sundirect is providing to its customers... Please have these issues addressed at the earliest before losing your regular customers...

        Sun direct has two customer care support numbers but never gets connected.

        To speak with customer care representative, provided two numbers has huge waiting list and some time never connects, frustrating for customers and loosing of customers for sundirect.

        Please provide additional facilities to accommodate the customer requests, need to wait 30 mins at least to connect your customer care support.

          Sun direct smartcard no.- [protected]
          Error - e118-4 reserved smartcard return code.

          I am facing error in my set top box. I am complaining from 5-6 months.
          I called customer care, every time they are telling clean smart card and reinsert again. How pathetic it is. They all are very well known about this error but still same reply.
          If we registered a complaint one illiterate technician comes and without touching anything or troubleshooting simply says every time my set top is faulty and need to replace. What is this? At same time thousands of people's complaining the same, means all set top boxes are faulty at one moment.

          I don't know why such a company making fool of their customer. This is only company transmission signal or frequency synchronization fault and they are forcing to customer for paying unnecessary charge for changing set top box. Why should customer have to bear this cost? Still i am waiting for any strict action of @sun direct.

                          I have renewed my sun direct account.. And the amount was also paid. But the channels are not telecasting.. Calling to a customer care they are not responding..

                          Every time these customer care not responding... Even i also wrote a complaint in their website.. It also no response...
                          Now my money was also wasted..
                          In their website they are given the option chat with us... But it every time shows error..

                          I m totally fed up due to no respone...

                              No...Our amount was not refunded at all for us..How can u say that our amount is refunded into our account even without checking??? We are totally upset with your services.. First clear us a doubt that if our amount will be funded to our bank account or either sun direct account..                                   As per trai regulations, the customer can change channels whenever required. The sun direct app, is only allowing to add channels or packs. There is no provision to delete any channel once added. Pl. Note.in tata sky dth, addition/deletion is possible on realtime basis on line through app.in sun direct, we are forced to pay for channels once added. Their app must permit addition and deleting whenever required.

                                        I am a active customer og sun direct. My sun tv pack was expired on 22nd march. So i want to use the app to recharge it online through sun direct app. So on 22nd march 2019 at 4.57 pm i successfully transfer rupees 689 through phonepe to citruspay@axisbank. I also confirm the transaction from my bank. But sun direct denies the same. Please give me justice.
