[Resolved] Sun Direct — bad product and bad service. | |
I recharged 6 months package in sundirect. But it shows error message . I asked helped with the customer care service they asked me to paid 450rs. But i asked for the reason the reason.But the reason did not satisfying me.Again i call them they asked to paid 150 rs. And another servicer cut my call while i speaking with her.I was mentally depressed with their behaviour.They send the message to my phone that the problem was resolved without solving my problem.
