[Resolved] Sun Direct — Billing | |
Hi this is rajesh here. I would like to raise a complaint against sundirect dth for improper billing against my subscriber id [protected]. My subscription was ended on 22nd july 2020 and when i have recharged for 1 month then my subscription end date was 21 august (So it's clear that i lost 1 day of service). Similarly for the current month also. Here i am losing 1 day whenever i recharge every month. Overall i lost 2 days of subscription though i have paid the fees. I have raised a complaint over customer care chat but no response. Please resolve this on priority.
