Sun Direct — call disconnected abruptly and not responded properly | |||
I get recharge my Sun direct DTH via phone app, but not activated 1 hours so far. When I called to activate my DTH services via phone, the customer care person name (kiran) has given worst response about my query and disconnected the call abruptly. I also tried to complain via online support, there is also no response from their end. How can a normal customer can continue in services like this irresponsible services. As you provided all in Sun Direct App, still we have to call and inform to customer care, I don't why this app is launched. Was this information helpful? | |||

In my setup box the channels are coming only 4 channels and other channels are not coming please do something
