[Resolved]  Sun Direct — can't recharge using my balance

Hi am balathandayuthabani, am using sun direct app to recharge now. I have recharged my account with 135 rs and get 113rs. I selected the required channel and entered the correct password and i have balance more than its required. Am frustrated please help me. I tried to contact customer care there is no response for me. Am tired of waiting to pick the call so long.
