[Resolved] Sun Direct — channel selection | |||
Sund direct dth providers are not giving the right to chose their channels on any one of the platform i cannot add a pack on my own or i can't remove them also they are not giving any kind of options they have made their app but it won't open they made it compulsory to choose the pack they decided and we dont have any kind of freedom to choose trai says that you can add pack as much as you can and drop them according to your choice but there are no way that i can drop a channel or a pack sun direct is making people pay more and get less channels by creating their own packs so i suggest to see in to this. And my Sun direct card number is 40247063122
They cut channels without intimation. After switching on the TV a particular channel will be there and after sometime the same channel would not be available.
