[Resolved] Sun Direct — Channel subscription | |
Fed up with SUN Direct on Lock down time. Subscribed Sony 6 Channel via customer care, she told 15 min to 2 Hours for channel activation.. When compare to other operators like Airtel and TATA sudden activation makes customer happy. I use to complaint on sun direct on all my recharges and channel subscription I am going to swap to Airtel/TATA soon, which gives proper response on customer complaints.
