[Resolved] Sun Direct — channels going off air and stb scam | |
Absolutely fed up with sun dth. Pathetic service and irresponsible. I recharged for fyi channel and it was accepted and the very next day it goes off air. I contacted their office and they said they have no idea and cut the call. I called their customer care and they said they ended partnership with them. Why does company let customers recharge then? Then there is the stb. I do not receive majority of the channels now. Upon inquiry they have said i must upgrade my stb by paying 650/-. I don't understand why the heck should i pay for their upgradations. I paid for the product and if they change they are duty bound to provide replacement. It's not that my stb is damaged. Instead of paying them the 650/- and look forward to more of such horrific experiences it's best one adds about 600/- more and get a new connection from another. Dth portability needs to come at the earliest. Our whole street consisting of 10 families have deserted sun dth and yet they are not bothered. If they don't find a solution for me it won't be just one more customer they lose. Was this information helpful? | |
