[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Channels not displaying for subscribed one

Address:plot 5 vijay nagar, Bagalur road,hosur

We have recharged for INR 1194 on 22nd October for plan "Tamil Economy"; after recharge got success payment some of the channels which are received are not displaying. Raised query to sun direct customercare and they are not accepting complaint for providing the free of service instead they ask to pay. They are giving explanation that angle of dish might changed; if that is the case same kind of error should been received for all the channels but that is the not case here. Also we were out of station from Saturday to Sunday evening (28 and 29). when we back switched on the TV, we have not received the display for all channels; immediately we have called customer care after sometime we have received few channels. Hence i would request or re-iterate that they have to do free service and make channels available for we subscribed or terminate the connection by paying back the remaining amount after calculating on prorated usage to me.

P.S: Why should I pay for their issue.
