[Resolved]  Sun Direct — cheated sun direct executive

We had purchased a sundirect connection on 18/05/2018, At the time of installation executive told 6 months free at a cost of Rs .2100/- after 3months it had disconnected when we called customer care she told ur period is over, after that we are recharge monthly, Now we observe in MY SUNDIRECT app my profile details are also different .

Please look into the matter and no one will suffer like this and blame subdirect
