Id no [protected] i have recharge for rs.100/- today or 13-4-17 @ md brothers, when i called for customer care no sir you have to recharge for rs 60/- they said again recharged for the same @ md brothers, but still not activated, i spoke to nearly three times same answer recharge for sixty rupees, even i called before the agent he told, wait for two hours, still not activate, instead of not activated, asking same recharge rs. Sun direct smart card no [protected], HD Box. i have been complaining 01 month back regarding my set box but no response till date, the technician came in the first and agreed the problem of setup box and promised to replace the box, its been one month no resolution for my complaint, after several calls.
