Sun Direct — complaint on poor service on relocation | |||||
My smart card no:[protected]. One month back i had requested for installation after relocation from bangalore to orissa. Launched couple of complaints as well. Sundirect technician did not turn-up. With great difficuly, i caught hold of a local technician and installed. Now i am able view hardly few channels only. Other channels i am geting e48/e52 error. Same issue was also reported to customer care.in spite of repeated complaints none of the sun direct technician turnup to resolve the issue. Their customer service very very pathetic. I would like to bring this issue to the highest level in the customer care and again request to resolve immediately or refund amount which i have paid for subscription. I recharged with Mega pack with Rs1060 for 3 months, but still getting the old pack which is worth Rs803. I am not able reach anyone on any phone numbers or any other means.
