Sir It is to submit that I, Nenavath Jaipal, had used a SIm card no.[protected] and it was not working due to some technical problem.On complaint, your service engineer came and provided a new SIM card No.[protected] by charging separate amount. After one week a message has been received for my mobile No.[protected] for charging the sun direct SIM No.[protected].Without thinking a while and by oversight a three months recharge was made to SIM No.[protected] which was not working and not available with us also, that had been taken by your people on that replaced day itself. In view of the above, it is requested to arrange for transfer of already paid amount credits points from SIM card no.[protected] to [protected] at an earliest please.
