[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Customer service not responding

I contacted customer service for the below issue. There response was poor. Here are the details: Please transfer the amount paid for wrong smart card number ([protected]) to the correct smart number ( [protected]) . Or else please reverse back the cash paid.
