Sun Direct — dealer changed my smart and didn't give any intimation | |||
Sun direct dth cw[protected] my registered complaint number. Without my knowledge and information to me, dealer celltone at tiruchengodu changed my smartcard. I recharged to my existing smart card number. After checking with customers care only we came to know that smart card is thrown away by dealer, anf and replaced some others card. I reacharged for 3 months and also have existing balance of 240 rs. I need my old card or transfer my balance to my old card or yourself reacharge to my existing card. Or pls cancel this and issue to dd the existing balance to me. Very poor response from customer care and from service centre Was this information helpful? | |||
