I paid through online sundirect website for new hd sundirect connection in bhim app.. My bank balance deducted 2290 indian rupees. Website says it’s payment was not successful.. I lost my money Transaction reference 4447408 Bhim i’d - [protected]@upi Registration no for online [protected] Waiting for refund or new connections Online took place for dedication but failure in website.. Bank balance has been deducted As per terms and conditions 10 days for refund the lost amount There is no reply or anything Was this information helpful? | |||||

Every month they block the channels, after calling customer care they say technical issue & have to pay service charges this is happening every now & then.
