[Resolved] Sun Direct — Defective HD Upgrad Remote
I have been trying to reach with SunDirect customer support fr past one week. Since I upgrade to HD connection my remote is defective I'm not able to get a replacement. I'm even trying to contact the vendor who came here to set up HD connection even they are trying to fool around. I need help in this.
