Sun Direct — dish recharge amount deducted but recharge not successful | |||
Hi team, On 31st aug, around 1.55 am, i have recharged my sundirect card with number [protected] and name kvs praveen babu. The amount is rs.196/-. The recharge was done twice for telugu dpo pack since the initial recharge was failed but amount deducted. One with hdfc netbanking and the other one via paytm. This was done in the sundirect app on my mobile. After checking with customer care executive, i understand that the recharge was not updated in the sundirect system. After raising a complaint, the issue was resolved and the pack was activated. My concern here is the recharge done via paytm was activated but the other one done via hdfc net banking was deducted and not successful. Hence, request you to refund the amount since the pack is already activated via paytm. Please find attached screens for your reference. This is the hdfc transaction reference number-ref.[protected].
