[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Dth recharge taking too long

I have recharged my sun direct dth today morning i.e at[protected] at 8:20 am and my account is not active till now when i hae contacted the customer care is saying that as i have used third party application like paytm it's taking long .and it may take 24 to 48 hours to recharge my account
