[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Dth service disabled before the plan period is over

I have a sun direct dth connection, i made a recharge of rs. 230 (Cenema +sports) pack on 19th march 2016, 10:36 am, we where getting the service till midnight of 14 april 2016, but from 15 march we are getting no service from the sun direct, so the service was provided by the sun direct only for 28 days but an actual validity of a plan is 30 days, the tv screen showing the information " service is currently scrambled", the signal strength is good, but no service from sun direct, this is clearly a fraudulent practice by the sun direct, and another thing is they are offering the espn along with the cinema+ sports pack of rs. 230, though i recharged the sun dth with the same pack but they says that you have to recharge atleast 6 months to get the espn channel for free, if they are making an offer on cenema+sports pack then it should be common for all the consumer who are making payment for one months or six months. These fraudulent activities are carrying out in the entire country but everybody is with or without knowing the same hesitated to took any action against the same, kindly acknowledge my complaint and kindly take necessory action
