Sun Direct — E-33- Invalid smart card Error-after 5 years running

Contacting customer care from 28.5.15(Compl no-1-[protected]) Since then calling daily till yesterday...No action...very disappointed... Either You take back the set by refunding the amount and its penalty or attend the same within two days...We are very upset with the responce and action...Sun is cxheating the customer faith...
