Hi this is prabhakar kistapuram's my smart card no [protected] I have sun direct since 2010 .but i am relocating the my sun Dth I will call you Customer care today morning. one person call me at the 11 clock that person was Kosgi branch located his name is Balu.he committed to come my location in 3 clock he doesn't reach to since now after 5 clock I will call him. he will talk to roudly . He don't know how to bihaviour the customer and he will talk to roudly with me.he will talk very bad words his number is [protected] please take immidiatly action
