I have recharged tamil dpo pavk of an amount of 329 for 1month on 27th march, via paytm
Please change the pack to telugu dpo
With lockdown in andhra pradesh and no tv to view, it's getting harder to manage to know the news and to keep my children entertainment for sometime in a day.
Please change the pack as soon as possible do the needful

I had made a recharge for 6 months subscription base pack of "TAMIL DPO 2A", But after successful recharge, the plan in my account is showing as ODIA DPO 1A.

Request you to change it to TAMIL DPO 2A.

Also trying to call customer care is in vain.
