[Resolved] Sun Direct — getting extra amount for setup box | |||
In the sun direct office we bought new setup box the original rate of the setup box is 350 and we subscribe for tamil value pack of rupees 300 for 3 months. We had changed the lmp in the dish it cost of rupees 150. Their service charge is 350 rupees. The total amount is only 1150 but they have bought 1500. They also asked 50 rupees for remote.. It's a worst service and the customer care persons interaction with customers in a bad manner ...even they don't have knowledge about their services and products... Distributors telling price and service executives telling price for a product is different... Bakwas for any reason
