Verified Support Sep 10, 2019 Sun Direct Customer Care's response Dear sir, customer paid for a new connection in our sun direct website but as per the conversation with customer he states that, not interested in new connection so lead was already cancelled and refund process also initiated, same has been informed to customer to wait for 7-10 bank working days. I have recharged d2h of smart card number [protected]. For rs 259 on 30th august 2019. But not yet recharged plz check asap .

I recharged for 200 rs but not active. my account no [protected]R. due account rate is 230. but i know later. sorry. please active my account to what i have amount. take action immediately
Cannot able to select the required channels. Always their sitepage for this particular option will not work properly.
