First thing: Do you guys even know what is customer support? If you have changed the no, don't have courtesy to update the no on website? Worst support I have ever seen till now. If you don't solve my issue within 1 hrs from now.i am gonna cut of[censored]r connection and listen, not only mine...whole village's for sure.do u think we don't have any other work than this? Hi sir/madam, i am consumer of sun direct, as trai norms feb 1 2019 i selected some channels. But sun direct doesn't explain about the channel prices at any way like site also. In sun direct site it shows on individual prices doesn't show bokey prices. The sun direct costumer care says it will shows after feb 1 2019.
