Sir My self Bishnu prasad shaw your previous customer again wants to use your service but when i start and recharging package of rs. 229/- the errors shows 108 E service not responding.. I have complained so many time to ur customer service center but no good action taken by them.. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible i have recharged already and time will lose.. I recharged rs 250 bangali DPO 2 instead of rs 235 Malayalam DPO 2, and again i recharged 235 now my balance shows 203 instead of 235

Channels not added as per TRAI we tried lot to reach customer care but went wain kindly suggest us what to do further and are charging very high rates .we could not find solution for this
