[Resolved]  Sun Direct — I was purchased the add on packs not basic plan

I have recharged 1851 of add on subscription I was not knowing that basic plan is compalsary so now nothing is coming I need to change my add on plan to basic plan and the amount is deducted from the bank their is no entry about it sir please look at it my cd no is [protected]
