[Resolved] Sun Direct — in spite of, getting the recharge done they have not yet activated the services | |||
This is to complain about the failure to restore the DTH services inspite of recharging our set top box. We are subscribers of Sun Direct dish TV service. We have a child connection set top box. The card number issued for the box is [protected]R We have recharged the 333 Rs pack on 23rd of February. We received the alert message on the transaction but they have not yet activated the services on time. Therefore I request you to take the necessary action.
