[Resolved]  Sun Direct — in spite of, getting the recharge done they have not yet activated the services

This is to complain about the failure to restore the DTH services inspite of recharging our set top box. We are subscribers of Sun Direct dish TV service.
We have a child connection set top box. The card number issued for the box is [protected]R
We have recharged the 333 Rs pack on 23rd of February. We received the alert message on the transaction but they have not yet activated the services on time. Therefore I request you to take the necessary action.
