[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Incorrect Recharge refund request

Hello Team,

We have made incorrect Recharge to ID [protected] on 27/10/2021 for rs.259.00. I have called and raised this issue many times. But still the balance is not reflecting in our account.
I would request kindly refund back the amount to the mode which we made payment.
