[Resolved] Sun Direct — installation complaint | |||||
Hi, i took the sun dth connection on saturday 5th of august, i ordered for a full pack, but majority of the channels is not getting, the dish is not properly fixed. For the last three days plenty of times to customer care, now it finished the said time 24 hours, still the problem is there. When ever i called the customer care people they tell, your issue will resolve soon, one executive had given the service eng number, i called to that number, he told its the duty of the installed person to fix it, if he need to come he need money, i cant understand what is going on.
