[Resolved] Sun Direct — irresponsible service and harassing calls | |||
I was recharged with 225 pack but pack was not activated n when i called to customer care executive they r very irresponsible. One person told that it will activated in half an hour n another person told that it will activated in 3hrs. N harrassing customer care calls. I was recharged online and it was approved.
