I am customer of sun direct past from 5 years i was using sun direct sim number [protected] due to upgrading local distributor provided new number [protected]. Nov-2018 i got msg from sun direct recharge your account [protected], i recharged same number but i have [protected] this number. I called sd c care they told we cant help and refund also to my new number.
The same way 14/1/19 also sent msg recharge. Again i recharged my old account by unknowingly
Why they are sending recharge sms to dead account number
