Sun Direct — no customer care support. the number given are false | |||
I had given a complaint on 4th Dec 2017. I have a valid card ( No [protected]. ) and have subscribed and has a balance of Rs 500 0r so.. I am not getting any channel now. I have tried to the numbers given in the web site but to no avail. The 24x7 dial is a fuss. no bady picks up. The other numbers when dialled rings biut nobody picks up. I AM DISGUSTED. Please get mw in touch. If the number is achnged or so, please let me know. The Nodal officer is just not taking the call. Whre can I complain?
