Sun Direct — no service - not able to view any channel

Not able to view any channel. This all is happened is due to satellite activity which they have planned and not communicated to any user regarding the same. Changed signal frequency, and asking us to get it reset. But when problem is done by you. Then you should arrange for technician to solve the same, why we should unnecessarily pay visit charges to him when the problem is created by sun direct people.

Solve my problem asap as i am not able to view any channel from saturday. 07th october. And after complaining also no action from any body yet.

Sir My Smart card number is - [protected] . Request you to solve the problem Asap.

Do not try to cheat us. are you keep the services if we do not pay or renew. then why you do not give service.
