[Resolved] Sun Direct — non responsive attitude of customer service executive | |||
I am trying to reach sun direct customer service executive through all the toll-free and regional contact details shared by sun direct on their website, i also tried to chat online with them for my complaint. But they are completely irresponsive. They keep me waiting for 11 mins every time and then i have to forcefully disconnect the call. Sun direct team is very painful... They are nota ll bothered about their customer. I want to get rid of this connection and shift to another connection. Was this information helpful? | |||

Worst service. I couldn't get customer support even after trying 1000 times. Tried for chat but it's showing service only 9 to 9.I tried from 5pm to 6 pm. Very irritating. My card number of sun direct [protected]
I want new connection in sun direct. But I'm waiting for 10 days. Customer service is very bad in dth. But I'll take that TWO LEADS but no response. My timing is wast. I'll give in TWO NAMBER. NO 1 = LD[protected]. NO 2 = LD[protected]. Dth not give that then leading no one day promises. Citing that
Sundirect app has been shown roi dpo pack so I paid for that pack without knowing that is Hindi next I realised to take on ala carte channels so please would you manage 640 rs (for 3months) to get in my sundirect avail.balance would you please check on that I have called so many ttimes to customer care no.but they were not responding to my call
I have been contacting for installation to new request but no response from customer care. Line is not at all connecting.
My connection deactivated from today[protected] morning even my payment vaild upto[protected] smart card no [protected] now it retifed my self
I haven't seen this type of worst servicing DTH ever.i have taken a new connection today in warangal.while locating the DTH system on the building by drill he made cracks on the wall.how can u send such inefficient workers to the work.now I'm going to face lot of problems with my room owner.i have not paid anything till now.and now I won't pay anything.to pay the amount come and correct all the mistakes done by ur agent.
