[Resolved]  Sun Direct — not able to use balance in my account

Address:#307, Metropolis Pristine,, Gollahalli, Electronic City phase1, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560100

I have recharged for 500 and thought the existing pack will be activated but they told as per new trai rules old plans are changed and new plan has to be selected. When i try to connect the customer care lines are not connecting. The customer care service is very very poor.

I would like to use the money in my account and activate new plan.
