[Resolved] Sun Direct — not activating the account after renewal of plan | |||||
I have renewal my account 2 days back and i have contacted the customer care many times. Most of the times they are not connecting and even if they lift the call they are not activating the account saying that the server is slow and asking us to contact later. The person who took the call did not respond well asked me to register a complaint if needed Was this information helpful? | |||||
